A comprehensive, date-anchored project timeline mapping all pre-opening milestones, dependencies, and decision points from engagement start through opening day.

Pre-Opening Binder (POB)
Master organizational document housing all opening-phase materials, checklists, contacts, and reference documents in a structured, navigable format.
Operations
Training Documents
Role-specific training materials for front-of-house and back-of-house teams, covering service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures.

Training Decks
Presentation-ready slide decks to support onboarding sessions, pre-shift meetings, and department-specific training for the new concept.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Written SOPs across key operational areas including service flow, opening/closing procedures, reservations, and guest experience standards.
Operations
Remote Support & Advisory
Ongoing remote support across all phases of opening documentation, including 2 hours of scheduled meetings per week for the duration of the engagement (24 hours total).

What Is Not Included
  • General Manager or executive-level staff search or placement
  • On-site presence, travel, or in-person training facilitation
  • Interior design, construction oversight, or FFE coordination
  • Technology procurement, POS system purchase, or vendor contracting
  • Legal, accounting, or HR compliance services
  • PR, marketing strategy, or social media management
  • Food and beverage cost modeling or financial projections beyond scope of documentation
Proposed Terms
Payment Structure
Month 1 fee of $2,000 is due upon contract signing. Month 2 ($1,500) and Month 3 ($1,500) are invoiced monthly and due net-15 from invoice date.
Engagement Type
100% remote consulting engagement. That's Good Hospitality LLC operates as an independent contractor. Services billed under a W9 as LLC/S-Corp.
Travel & Accommodations
No travel or on-site presence is included in this engagement. If on-site visits are requested, a separate addendum will be issued with associated fees and expense terms.
Confidentiality
All proprietary information, operational materials, and business details shared by TriBeca Hospitality Group will be treated as strictly confidential by That's Good Hospitality LLC.
Scheduled Meetings
Two (2) hours of scheduled video meetings per week for the duration of the 12-week engagement. Meeting schedule to be confirmed at project kickoff.
Scope Changes
Any material changes to deliverables, timeline, or engagement structure outside this agreement will require a written addendum and may result in adjusted fees.
